The International Association of Students in Agricultural and Related Sciences (IAAS) of Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) will, on Friday, 10th May, 2019, host the Excellence and Dinner Awards for 2018/ 2019 academic year.
In a letter signed by the president of the IAAS KNUST, Richard Adu, he stated that the occasion is geared towards rewarding deserving students for their excellent academic, social and leadership performance in the Agric faculty and encourage other students to pursue agriculture at the Tertiary level.
Realizing the pivotal role of agric students in the agricultural value chain, and to ensure the success of this event, the association is urging all the agric students, alumni and all those who have passion for agriculture in and out of KNUST campus to purchase the tickets to support and promote this important event.
The event which seeks to honour the efforts and the contributions of distinguished and deserving Agric students at KNUST will be held at the Hotel De Semanhyia in the Ashanti Region.
