Job description
Key Responsibilities:
• Promote Dizengoff’s range of agricultural products (such as seeds, crop protection products, fertilizers, irrigation systems, and equipment) to farmers, cooperatives, and agro-input dealers.
• Conduct field demonstrations, product presentations, and awareness campaigns to educate farmers on best agricultural practices.
• Visit existing and potential clients to develop strong customer relationships and ensure brand visibility in the assigned territory.
• Collect feedback from farmers, distributors, and dealers on product performance and customer satisfaction.
• Provide weekly activity and market reports to the Sales & Marketing Manager.
• Support retail partners with branding materials, product displays, and customer education events.
• Monitor competitors’ activities and market trends to provide insights for business growth.
• Ensure proper handling and safe delivery of product samples or marketing materials while in the field.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Minimum of Senior High School (SHS) or HND qualification in Agriculture, Marketing, Agribusiness, or a related field.
• At least 1–3 years’ experience in field sales, agricultural extension, or product promotion (experience in agro-input or FMCG industries is an advantage).
• Must own or be able to ride a motorbike; a valid rider’s license is highly preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Passionate about agriculture and committed to supporting farmer success.
• Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories.
